We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, providing us with tea and sweets as a compliment. The hotel was very clean with newly renovated rooms and towels that were changed on time. The location was perfect for us to get to any famous landmarks as it was close to Nizami street, and we were able to walk to the Old Town and Boulevard. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff was able to help us organize excursions in this city at much lower prices.
Nothing could have been better.

Great location, close to cafes, shopping centers, and restaurants. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The rooms look elegant, spacious, and very clean. They prioritize safety, so you can feel secure during your stay there.
The hotel does not have credit card machines making it necessary to bring cash and go to money exchanges, which can be a hassle. I also found it odd that they did not provide toothbrushes as part of their room amenities.
